Keynote Presenter: Kathy Espinoza, Keenan and Associates Training Lead
“Over the past two years, COVID has consumed our lives and taken us out of our comfort zone. Yet, we have learned to adapt, learned new technologies and new ways of delivering services. This session will look at how COVID has affected our resilience, our creativity, and comfort levels. You will learn positive, uplifting strategies to focus on, so we don’t come out of the pandemic the way we came into the pandemic. We are bent, but not broken.”

Ergonomics with Back Injury Prevention
Presenter: Phil Clark, Senior Loss Control Advisor/Risk Management
This training will benefit anyone using a computer workstation during part of their day. Training will include basic ergonomic principles, workstation equipment adjustments, proper workstation design, and how to prevent repetitive motion injuries.

15-Minutes Hands-on Fire Extinguisher Training
Presenter: Safeguard Fire Protection
